Residential Repairman
Position Details
<\/h3>- Schedule:<\/b> Monday \u2013 Friday
<\/li>- Hours:<\/b> 8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM
<\/li>- Pay Rate:<\/b> $15/hour
<\/li><\/ul>Responsibilities
<\/h3>- Complete general residential maintenance and repair work
<\/li> - Diagnose and repair basic plumbing issues
<\/li> - Assist with HVAC maintenance and minor troubleshooting
<\/li> - Perform light electrical repairs when needed
<\/li> - Safely operate hand tools and power tools
<\/li> - Respond to maintenance requests efficiently and professionally
<\/li> - Maintain clean and safe work areas
<\/li> - Identify and report additional repair needs
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred Qualifications
<\/h3>- Previous residential maintenance experience
<\/li> - Plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
<\/li> - Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
<\/li> - Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power tools
<\/li> - Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
<\/li> - Ability to work independently and with a team
