Field Sales Manager (m/f/d)
What is your role?
The Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Field Sales Representatives across Northern Spain. You will drive commercial growth by translating our sales strategy into practical actions, supporting your team in the field and strengthening relationships with customers and dealers.
You are a hands-on commercial leader who combines people development, customer focus and business insight to deliver sustainable sales growth. Working closely with other commercial functions, you will contribute to the continued growth of Kramp in Iberia.
As the business continues to develop, this role offers opportunities to take on broader commercial responsibilities in the future.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 7 Field Sales Representatives across Northern Spain.
- Translate the company sales strategy into regional sales plans and concrete actions to achieve revenue, margin and customer growth targets.
- Develop regional business plans together with Field Sales Representatives and key customers.
- Support and challenge your team through regular field visits, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and identify opportunities to improve customer penetration, product mix and profitability.
- Manage and further develop selected strategic customers and dealer relationships.
- Analyze market developments, customer needs and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Inside Sales, E-Business, Pricing and Category Management teams to achieve shared commercial goals.
- Support the implementation of sales initiatives, commercial excellence programs and new ways of working.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer value, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and develop future talent within the sales organization.
- Support change initiatives and contribute to commercial projects at local and international level.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve customer experience and commercial effectiveness.
Who are you?
We Are Looking For Candidates With
- A Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Commercial Economics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in sales, account management or commercial leadership, preferably within agricultural, technical or distribution sector.
- Experience within the agricultural sector is preferred, including familiarity with dealers, farmers and agricultural businesses.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of customer management, sales processes and business development.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
- A customer-focused mindset combined with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership ability, solution-oriented thinking and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn, develop and adapt to change.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern Spain.
This position is ideally based in Madrid (near the headquarters), with a weekly on-site presence alongside the management and commercial teams. The role requires regular travel throughout Northern Spain during the rest of the week, with Fridays designated for remote work.
