Response & Service Officer (CC)
Job Description
- Responds to activations to provide on-site assistance on daily operational faults in EPS and any other situation/incidences
- Conducts scheduled and routine checks to ensure the full serviceability of the EPS and area of the car parks
- Performs daily maintenance of the EPS with procedures to troubleshoot and diagnose routine problem
- Conducts enforcement and control within the car park purview to assist with the relevant feedback/complaints from client/motorists
- Assist with the festive season on ground supports within the car park precinct
- Adhere to organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least Class 2B License
- Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/ “O” level
