Responsible Sourcing Specialist

· Responsible for executing the company's Responsible Sourcing program in collaboration with Responsible Sourcing team and third party service providers

· Collaborate with the Responsible Sourcing team in ongoing improvements of the RS team's program

· Actively participate in the vendor selection process in collaboration with the sourcing and merchant teams and other cross-functional partners

· Ensure direct sourcing vendors act in accordance with the company's Supplier Code of Conduct including compliance with all applicable national and local legal standards and regulations and labor laws as well as adherence to the human rights, ethical behavior and environment requirements of this code

· Support planning, coordination and monitoring of social audit execution in collaboration with 3rd party auditors

· Perform social compliance audits based on the company's protocol on an occasional and as needed basis

· Review 3rd party social audit reports and escalate possible noncompliance findings

· Support investigations related to violations against the company's Supplier Code of Conduct

· Escalate noncompliance issues to sourcing and merchant teams and work in collaboration with the team to ensure corrective action plans are developed and executed

· In collaboration with the Responsible Sourcing team, maintain social compliance records including corrective action plans and audit schedules

· Actively participate in the execution of related programs decided by the company's Sourcing governance committee
