Restaurant Attendant (64321)

Job Summary:


The Restaurant Attendant is a versatile team member trained to perform a variety of front and back-of-house functions including utility work, cashiering, food running, bussing, dishwashing, and hosting. This cross-functional role supports efficient restaurant operations and enhances the guest
experience through exceptional service and adaptability.


Responsibilities:


• Preform other duties as assigned
• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as a host/hostess when needed
• Operate POS systems and handle cash /credit card transactions accurately as a cashier
• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests as a food runner
• Clear and reset tables, remove used dishes, and maintain a clean dining area as a busser
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in the dish area
• Assist with trash removal and cleanliness in utility areas including floors and surface
• Restock service stations and supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Provide outstanding guest service in every assigned role
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist in various areas as business demands
