Restaurant Coordinator
🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Restaurant Coordinator to support our daily operations. This role combines reservations management, customer service, and administrative duties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Operations & Reservations
- Manage table reservations, bookings, and waitlists
- Coordinate seating arrangements and optimize table turnover
- Liaise with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
✅ Customer Service
- Greet and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly
- Ensure a positive dining experience and maintain service standards
✅ Administration
- Handle daily administrative tasks (reports, emails, documentation)
- Maintain reservation systems and customer records
- Assist with scheduling, inventory coordination, or basic reporting
✅ Coordination
- Support communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Assist management in ensuring service efficiency during peak hours
- Provide general operational support as required
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS is an advantage
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
