Restaurant Coordinator

🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Restaurant Coordinator to support our daily operations. This role combines reservations management, customer service, and administrative duties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Operations & Reservations

  • Manage table reservations, bookings, and waitlists
  • Coordinate seating arrangements and optimize table turnover
  • Liaise with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

✅ Customer Service

  • Greet and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly
  • Ensure a positive dining experience and maintain service standards

✅ Administration

  • Handle daily administrative tasks (reports, emails, documentation)
  • Maintain reservation systems and customer records
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory coordination, or basic reporting

✅ Coordination

  • Support communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams
  • Assist management in ensuring service efficiency during peak hours
  • Provide general operational support as required

🔹 Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS is an advantage
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
