We’re seeking a dedicated Line Cook to deliver high-quality, inventive dishes in our New American fine-casual dining environment. You’ll bring consistency, efficiency, and a passion for seasonal ingredients and creative presentations—think modern takes on classics like tea sandwich plates, crème brûlée French toast, and refined comfort dishes.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items—including sandwiches, brunch specialties, desserts, and New American small plates—with precision and consistency.

Plate dishes with care and attention to detail, ensuring every dish is visually appealing and tastefully balanced.

Work effectively during peak service hours, coordinating with back-of-house staff to maintain seamless service and quality.

Uphold the highest standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety, including proper storage and equipment maintenance.

Assist with inventory counts and replenishment to support smooth, uninterrupted service.

Communicate clearly and work cohesively with line cooks, servers, and kitchen leadership to deliver consistent, on-brand dining experiences.

Handle service changes, assist with special requests or seasonal specials, and contribute ideas for menu improvements.
Performs other related duties.
