We’re seeking a dedicated Line Cook to deliver high-quality, inventive dishes in our New American fine-casual dining environment. You’ll bring consistency, efficiency, and a passion for seasonal ingredients and creative presentations—think modern takes on classics like tea sandwich plates, crème brûlée French toast, and refined comfort dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items—including sandwiches, brunch specialties, desserts, and New American small plates—with precision and consistency.

  • Plate dishes with care and attention to detail, ensuring every dish is visually appealing and tastefully balanced.

  • Work effectively during peak service hours, coordinating with back-of-house staff to maintain seamless service and quality.

  • Uphold the highest standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety, including proper storage and equipment maintenance.

  • Assist with inventory counts and replenishment to support smooth, uninterrupted service.

  • Communicate clearly and work cohesively with line cooks, servers, and kitchen leadership to deliver consistent, on-brand dining experiences.

  • Handle service changes, assist with special requests or seasonal specials, and contribute ideas for menu improvements.
