Restaurant Manager (Full-Service Dining)

Job Summary:

Experienced restaurant manager to oversee outlet operations, lead teams, and ensure high standards of service, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including service, cashiering, and sales reconciliation
  • Ensure consistent standards in food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest experience
  • Supervise, train, and assess staff performance to drive operational excellence
  • Enforce discipline and foster a positive, high-morale work environment
  • Manage outlet administration and submit required reports to the corporate office
  • Plan and assign staff schedules based on operational needs
  • Conduct monthly inventory stock checks and ensure proper stock control
  • Handle customer enquiries and ensure service recovery when required
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and business objectives
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry
  • Experience managing teams of at least 20 staff
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience in Japanese restaurant operations is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage for liaising with Japanese-speaking customers
