Restaurant Operations Lead
The Restaurant Operations Lead serves as a senior team member who provides day-to-day guidance and support to front-of-house staff while helping ensure efficient restaurant operations and exceptional guest service. This position leads by example, assists with coordinating service flow, and helps maintain AAA Four Diamond standards throughout the guest experience. The Lead acts as a resource for team members, supports onboarding and training efforts, and assists in resolving routine guest concerns. Through strong communication, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach, the Restaurant Operations Lead helps foster a positive team environment and contributes to the overall success of the restaurant.
