Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks according to service standards
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures
• Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
