Restaurant Supervisor

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • - Be a team player and promote positive team dynamics in bar and restaurant
  • - Support Restaurant Manager/ Duty Manager in all areas of floor management
  • - Supervise and participate in dining area cleaning activities
  • - Support Restaurant Manager/ Duty Manager in the implementing and/or following of procedures
    concerning recording of stock movements
  • - Develop a strong knowledge of all company menu items / products
  • - Ensure strict adherence to beverages prep hygiene and personal hygiene guidelines at all times
  • - Daily operations - opening/closing of shift, checking system (email, iPad, phone etc) for reservations,
    setting up the tables, greeting of guests and up-selling of food & beverages, inventory of floor supplies & equipment
  • - Assisting Restaurant Manager/ Duty Manager to forecast staff, equipment, & supply requirements for daily operations and events.
