Restoration Technician

We're on the lookout for passionate and dedicated Restoration Technician. We are looking for talented people who are interested in long-term employment and growth with a great company. As a Contents & Cleaning Technician , you will:

• Inventory and pack-out of commercial and residential structures that have been affected
• Work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management, other technicians, & temp workers to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed including moving furniture, cleaning structure & contents.
• Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse as needed.
• Ensure that jobs are completed beyond customer expectations
• Clean and restore affected contents and structures
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to complete a background check and drug screen subject to applicable law
• Valid driver's license - Required
