Retail Assistant (Full Time)

Job Description & Requirements

• 5 Days work 44 hours (Retail hour), must be able to commit weekend

• Annual Increment + Variable Bonus + 11 day AL (Max 17 days)

• Monthly Commission + Allowance: $250

• Location: Raffles City

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Passionate in delivering customer service, product knowledge, and expertise to customers in retail stores

• Promote products and handle customer inquiries

• Achieve personal and shop sales target

• Retrieve stocks for customers from the stockroom

• Maintain cleanliness of the retail floor

• Welcomes customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Responds to customers’ questions.

• Provides outstanding customer service and recommendations to the customer
