Retail Banking Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To provide customer service on retail banking products;
  • To attend personal loan application;
  • To conduct marketing on bank cards and other personal products on batch basis;
  • To maintain relationship with VIP customers;
  • To provide financial advice and market financial products to retail customers;
  • To keep existing customers updated on portfolios and new products;
  • To write reports on products and business;
  • To prepare for any ad-hoc duty assigned by Head of Department.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Prior working experience in banking sector will be advantageous
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
