This role is the first point of contact for\ncustomers and plays a key part in delivering a positive customer experience.\nResponsibilities include greeting customers, checking devices in for service,\nhandling payments, answering phones, and providing basic customer support. The\nideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a\nfast\-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

\u2022\tGreet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
<\/div>
\u2022\tCheck in customer devices for repair or service following company procedures
<\/div>
\u2022\tExplain service intake, estimates, and timelines clearly
<\/div>
\u2022\tAnswer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
<\/div>
\u2022\tAssist customers with basic questions regarding services, repair status, and store policies
<\/div>
\u2022\tCheck out customers for completed services or retail purchases
<\/div>
\u2022\tAccurately process cash, credit, and other approved payment methods
<\/div>
\u2022\tMaintain and balance a cash drawer
<\/div>
\u2022\tOpen and/or close the store following established procedures
<\/div>
\u2022\tMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front\-of\-house area
<\/div>
\u2022\tCommunicate customer concerns or issues to technicians or management
<\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
