Retail Executive (Club Concierge)

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with golf equipment and apparel selection.
• Stay updated on golf products, brands, and industry trends.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle cashiering, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting.

Sales & Inventory Management

• Drive sales through merchandising and promotional activities.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and support stock takes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with management on stock and promotions.
• Coordinate with management on inventory, promotions, and operational matters.

Operational Support

• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Assist with corporate golf events, reservations, and customer registrations.
• Assist with golf reservations for members and guests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Train team members on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
