Retail Operations Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist Operations Director in retail operations including planning, staff training, market analysis, reports preparation.

• Manage staff appraisals.

• Provide customer service.

• Perform sales functions at retail outlets.

• Provide excellent customer service to meet customers’ expectations.

• Issue memos for cashier payments.

• Conduct stock packing in a neat and tidy manner.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENT

• Must be willing to work retail hours.

• Good communication and multi-tasking skills.

• Good team player, self-disciplined with strong interpersonal skills.

• Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken languages.

• Proficient in MS Office.
