🏬 Store Operations

• Monday - Sunday (5 days work week)
• Working hours: 8-9 hours per day (between 10am - 10pm)

• 💵 Basic: $2,200 – $3,000
  (Commensurate as per experienced)
• 🎯 Incentives + commissions
• 💎 Average gross salary: $3,500 – $5,000/month

💄 Customer Experience

• Deliver friendly, personalised service to every customer
• Understand needs and recommend suitable products
• Build strong customer relationships & loyalty

💋 Beauty Consultation

• Provide makeup, skincare & fragrance recommendations
• Shade match and suggest routines based on customer needs
• Share product knowledge, tips & trends confidently

💰 Sales Performance

• Achieve individual sales targets & KPIs
• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
• Promote membership programmes & campaigns

🔥 Product & Trend Knowledge

• Stay updated on latest beauty trends and launches
• Attend training sessions and continuously upgrade skills

🧠 Store Operations

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Replenish stock and support daily retail operations
• Assist with cashiering duties when required
