The Retail Sales Agent ("Agente de Ventas") welcomes our guests with a warm and friendly smile. Proactively provides our guests with personal service and attention that exceeds their expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with retail purchases and inquiries.
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and respond to requests promptly.
- Answer telephone calls courteously and assist guests with questions regarding products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of retail merchandise and promotions to effectively assist guests.
- Process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately.
- Balance and maintain an assigned cash bank.
- Complete end-of-shift procedures and required documentation.
- Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
- Support sales goals by recommending products and identifying add-on purchase opportunities.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
