Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and solutions

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Promote ongoing campaigns, membership programmes, and value-added services

• Handle product demonstrations and customer enquiries professionally

• Perform cashiering and basic store operations duties

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock presentation

• Support inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills

• Customer service or retail sales experience preferred

• Passion for sales and interacting with customers

• Well-groomed and professional appearance

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

• Able to commit to weekends and public holidays

Working Hours

44-hour work week on rotating shifts | 10:45am – 11.00pm
