  • Proactively engage customers by sharing the Seung Tae philosophy: the move away from traditional botanical themes toward industrial, textured, and sculptural aesthetics.

  • Expertly explain the technical benefits of the skincare products alongside the sustainability and design of the 100% paper-based packaging.

  • Educate customers on why we avoid "Southeast Asian plant style" in favor of a global, "Vogue-standard" minimalist identity.

2. Sales & Conversion

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through personalized consultations and professional product demonstrations.

  • Identify customer skin concerns and provide tailored product rituals.

  • Upsell and cross-sell by highlighting the synergy between different products in the lineup.

3. Visual Merchandising Excellence

  • Maintain the store’s "Vogue-like" aesthetic; ensure testers, displays, and products are perfectly aligned, clean, and consistent with the minimalist brand guidelines.

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure the architectural display of the products is never compromised by clutter.

4. Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Build and maintain a loyal client database, following up on purchases to ensure satisfaction.

  • Invite VIP customers to new product launches or brand events.

  • Collect and report customer feedback regarding product texture, scent, and packaging functionality to the management team.
