🕒 Working Hours: 10:00AM – 9:45PM
⏱️ Total Working Hours: 88 Hours Over 2 Consecutive Weeks
🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily retail store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
- Provide professional product recommendations and assist customers with enquiries
- Handle cashiering, stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory coordination
- Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Guide and motivate retail staff to maintain strong teamwork and service standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and daily operational planning
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
🔹 Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail operations or supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Responsible, well-groomed, and team-oriented
