Now we are looking for a Retail Specialist as a cover for a parental leave.
Our Role
As a Retail Specialist, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance across our store network. This role is based in Finland and works primarily with Finnish stores and the Finnish market, while supporting the wider Nordic organisation when needed.
You will ensure retail strategy is executed effectively through strong planning, operational follow-up, and close collaboration with merchandising and store teams. Working across assortment, inventory, pricing, and retail systems, you will translate data into actions that improve sales, profitability, and customer experience.
This is a fixed-term position until 31 March 2027, covering a parental leave.
What You’ll Do At VITA Brands
In this role, you will drive disciplined, data-driven retail execution:
- Analyse sales, demand, and performance data to guide assortment decisions
- Implement and manage assortment, pricing, and promotional activities
- Influence sales forecasting and optimising stock levels, replenishments, and allocations
- Promotion setup and performance monitoring
- Act as key user for retail systems and support tools, testing, and training
- Develop Retail Playbooks to ensure consistent store execution
Who You Are
You are an analytical and hands-on retail professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working close to the business.
- 2+ years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, planning, or store support
- Solid capabilities in sales analysis, forecasting, and inventory optimisation
- Experience with pricing, promotions, and campaign performance
- Hands-on with retail systems (for example: POS, ERP, SAP CX) and digital tools
- Advanced- intermediate Excel & BI (e.g. Power BI)
- Analytical, structured, and action-oriented
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and problem-solving mindset
Languages:
Fluency in English and Finnish
Other Nordic language skills are an advantage
