Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant - Grilles, Curtains and Blinds

Department: Retail

Reports to: Sales Manager

Summary:

Endo is looking for Retail Sales Assistants to join our team and help us provide our customers with the best possible experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor and window furnishings, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers in-store and over the phone
• Assist customers with selecting curtains and blinds that meet their needs and budget
• Answer customer questions about products, installation, and financing options
• Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized
• Participate in product training and development

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home décor or window furnishings industry
• 5.5 days (Sunday Or Saturday OFF and 0,5 weekday off)
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
