Job Title: Retail Sales Associate【Responsibilities】

• Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver an excellent shopping experience to achieve sales targets.

• Store Operations: Handle daily store operations, including operating the POS cash register system, processing payments, and managing opening/closing procedures.

• Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked, and assist with inventory stock-taking and replenishing.

• Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall pleasant environment of the retail store.

【Requirements】

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or the F&B industry (fresh graduates with a passion for retail are welcome to apply).

• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude.

• Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Flexibility: Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays based on the roster.

Salary: SGD 2,300 - SGD 2,600 per month
