Role Purpose The Revenue Generation Senior Analyst is accountable for driving profitable Net Revenue growth across South Europe (France, Italy, Spain and Portugal) through disciplined pricing, promotion, and trade investment execution. Reporting to the Head of Commercial & eCommerce South Europe Cluster, the role: Owns Revenue Growth Management (RGM) governance across the cluster Acts as a key commercial authority on pricing and trade decisions Partners senior stakeholders to ensure value delivery in line with AOP commitments This is a high-impact role in a growing cluster organization, requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution in a multi-country environment. Responsibilities Key Accountabilities Pricing Strategy & Market Competitiveness Lead pricing index, competitiveness, and elasticity analysis. Identify pricing gaps, margin risks, and revenue recovery opportunities. Drive pricing actions supported by robust financial logic. Promotion Strategy & Trade Investment Effectiveness Translate global RGM principles into market and cluster-level promotion guidelines. Govern promotion depth, frequency, and mechanics to protect margin. Create and maintain channel-specific promotion frameworks, refreshed based on performance (ROI, incrementality, compliance). RGM Governance & Commercial Discipline Own and embed price governance frameworks including recommended prices, floor prices, and trade terms. Define decision rights, guardrails, and escalation paths, ensuring consistency across markets. Act as a guardian of commercial discipline within the cluster. Price Selling & Commercial Influence Develop value-based price selling stories and support senior stakeholder discussions and negotiations with fact-based insights and analytics. Performance Analytics & Closed-Loop Learning Own post-promotion evaluation and institutionalize learning routines with Sales and Marketing. Drive analysis of incrementality, true uplift, and cannibalization to improve decision-making. Trade Term Realization & Value Protection Lead tracking of actual vs. contracted trade terms. Identify value leakage and drive accountability with Sales and Finance partners. Success Measures (KPIs) AOP Net Revenue / Unit delivery Price Index vs. key competitors and channels Price Compliance (recommended & floor prices) Promotion ROI and incrementality Trade Term Realization (%) vs. contracted D&A % vs. Prior Year and budget Qualifications Experience & Capabilities 5-10 years of experience in FMCG, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Consulting, or RGM Proven ownership of pricing, promotion, or trade investment decisions Strong commercial and financial acumen Technical Skills Strong analytical mindset; advanced Excel required Power BI proficiency is a must Experience in business case building, scenario modelling, and KPI tracking Ways of Working Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, across functions and geographies Strong autonomy and ownership, with ability to operate in a remote management setup Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and building frameworks from scratch Ability to define strategy in a new and evolving environment Languages English mandatory French required Italian or Spanish is a plus Key Challenges & Role Environment New role with a strong need to structure and define RGM strategy at cluster level Operating in a multi-country, matrix environment (4 markets) High exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-making processes Need to drive change, influence, and ensure commercial discipline across markets
