Revenue Operations Associate (L2)

In this role you will maintain and document sales processes and playbooks, manage HubSpot day-to-day, and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work. You will update and run operational dashboards, deliver analytics and AI-assisted insights, validate forecasts, manage lead routing and commission data, and complete assigned operational projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain sales process documentation and playbooks
  • Identify automation opportunities within the sales funnel
  • Update and maintain operational dashboards
  • Implement AI-assisted automations to generate leadership insights
  • Provide data and analysis for strategic planning and the annual operations roadmap
  • Validate forecasting data and contribute to weekly forecasting
  • Enhance forecast accuracy using automated signals and pipeline hygiene triggers
  • Ideate build and execute scalable sales plays and growth strategies
  • Provide day-to-day HubSpot CRM support
  • Use AI tools to troubleshoot logic and automate repetitive admin tasks
  • Support sales enablement by updating training materials and collateral
  • Administer lead assignment and routing processes
  • Develop adaptive routing logic based on seller capacity and lead quality
  • Execute regular data cleanup and automate detection of data inconsistencies
  • Pull performance data and prepare reports for commission administration
  • Complete assigned tasks and track progress for operational projects

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in sales operations business operations or similar analytical role with at least 1 year in a customer facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Analytics or related field is a plus
  • Good understanding of CoinGecko products customer needs and the crypto blockchain landscape
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes and funnels and experience with operational systems
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and strong spreadsheet skills (Excel Google Sheets)
  • Exposure to Xero B2B data tools marketing platforms and BI systems
  • Experience with Zapier n8n Claude Gemini and Google Apps Script for workflow automations
  • Strong analytical skills for gathering organizing and reporting data
  • Excellent organizational skills project management and attention to detail
