Develop and maintain Revit MEP models for mechanical (HVAC) systems
<\/div>
\u2022 Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, and sections
<\/div>
\u2022 Design and coordinate systems including:
<\/div>
o HVAC systems (air handling units, ventilation, exhaust)
<\/div>
o Chilled water and hydronic piping systems
<\/div>
o Heating systems (hot water, steam)
<\/div>
o Equipment layouts and mechanical rooms
<\/div>
\u2022 Perform duct routing, piping layout, and clash detection
<\/div>
\u2022 Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and process teams
<\/div>
\u2022 Assist in equipment sizing and selection
<\/div>
\u2022 Support technical documentation and specifications
<\/div>
\u2022 Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings
<\/div>
4\-8 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC design for building or industrial projects.
<\/div>
\u2022 Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
<\/div>
\u2022 Good understanding of:
<\/div>
o HVAC systems and air distribution
<\/div>
o Hydronic systems and piping layouts
<\/div>
o Industrial facility design requirements
<\/div>
\u2022 Experience working on industrial projects (semiconductor, pharma, manufacturing, etc.)
<\/div>
\u2022 Familiarity with codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.)
<\/div>
\u2022 Experience in BIM coordination tools (Navisworks preferred).
<\/div>
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
<\/div>
Experience in cleanroom and controlled environment design.
<\/div>
\u2022 Exposure to process utility systems.
<\/div>
\u2022 Experience with US/international project standards.
<\/div>
Strong coordination and communication skills.
<\/div>
\u2022 High attention to detail in modeling and documentation.
<\/div>
\u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
<\/div><\/span>
