RevOps Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RevOps Engineer based in Mexico.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering and Revenue Operations, focused on building internal tools and full-stack applications that improve how go-to-market teams operate. You will work closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and geared toward people who enjoy owning features end to end. You’ll contribute across design, development, testing, and deployment, with real autonomy over how systems are built. The role blends product thinking with hands-on engineering and a strong focus on practical business impact. It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving messy operational problems with clean, scalable code.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain internal applications and systems that support Revenue Operations functions and improve cross-functional efficiency. You will take ownership of features from definition through deployment, ensuring quality and scalability across multiple initiatives.

  • Build and enhance full-stack internal tools using modern web and backend technologies (including Python, JavaScript frameworks such as React, Node.js, Next.js, and related technologies).
  • Implement integrations and leverage RevOps platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, system design, and technical decision-making alongside engineering and RevOps stakeholders.
  • Estimate effort, plan implementations, and deliver system changes in iterative cycles.
  • Improve infrastructure reliability by integrating open-source tools and optimizing existing workflows.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing support of production systems.
  • Requirements

You bring 4–6 years of engineering experience, ideally with exposure to Revenue Operations, SaaS environments, or business systems that support go-to-market teams. You are comfortable working across the stack and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Strong full-stack engineering background with hands-on experience building and deploying production systems.
    • Good understanding of RevOps functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and related platforms such as Salesforce or marketing automation tools.
    • Experience working with modern web development stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, and APIs).
    • Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code and software testing practices.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • High attention to detail and a strong focus on code quality and maintainability.
    • Benefits

      • Fully remote working environment with flexibility across LATAM.
      • Annual company offsite (“camp”) to connect, align, and collaborate in person.
      • Strong focus on professional growth, learning opportunities, and career development paths.
      • Exposure to high-performing teams in the Revenue Operations and SaaS ecosystem.
      • Collaborative and fast-moving culture with autonomy and ownership.
      • Health insurance coverage (100% paid for US employees where applicable).
