RevOps Manager
As RevOps Manager you own the systems behind revenue: CRM, automation, data, and reporting across sales, marketing, and customer success. You make the pipeline trustworthy, the forecast real, and the manual busywork disappear, and you are the person leaders ask when they need to know what is actually happening.
- Own and administer the GTM stack (a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce, plus automation and data tools) across sales, marketing, and CS.
- Build and maintain pipeline, reporting, and forecasting that revenue leaders can trust to make decisions.
- Fix process and data hygiene: deduplicate records, enforce field standards, and keep the CRM clean.
- Automate the manual steps in the revenue workflow (lead routing, handoffs, reporting) using native tools, Zapier, or Make.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and CS leaders to turn data into insight and concrete action.
Success looks like: within 90 days the pipeline and forecast are clean and trusted, reporting runs without manual patching, and you have automated at least one painful manual process.
- 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops at a B2B or SaaS company.
- Hands-on administration of HubSpot or Salesforce, including building reporting and dashboards.
- A track record of building pipeline and forecasting that leaders actually used to make decisions.
- Data-driven and systems-minded; you automate what repeats and you keep data clean.
- Excellent written and verbal English (C1+); you work async with US revenue leaders.
