Role Summary<\/b>

looking for a RF Hardware Engineer<\/b> to\nwork on 4G/5G femtocell and outdoor small cell products<\/b>.
<\/p>
The role requires strong hands\-on expertise in RF design,\nvalidation, and troubleshooting<\/b>, with the ability to independently drive\ndeliverables and contribute from day one<\/b>.
<\/p>
Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Work\n as a core member of the Small Cells HW engineering team<\/b>
<\/li>- Support design, validation, and sustaining engineering<\/b> for RF hardware
<\/li>- Collaborate\n with ODMs on new product development and platform enhancements<\/b>
<\/li>- Perform RF bring\-up, debugging, and design verification testing<\/b>
<\/li>- Analyze\n and resolve RF, digital, and power\-related field issues<\/b>
<\/li>- Review schematics, layouts, antenna integration, and factory test results<\/b>
<\/li>- Work\n with:
<\/li>- Qualcomm\n / chipset teams (L1 / calibration)
<\/li> - Nokia\n SW / Test teams for HW\-SW integration
<\/li><\/ul> - Support regulatory certification (FCC, CE, etc.) and compliance testing<\/b>
<\/li><\/ul>Required Skills<\/b>
<\/p>- Strong\n experience in RF hardware design & validation<\/b>
<\/li>- Hands\-on\n experience with small cells / femtocell / outdoor radio systems<\/b>
<\/li>- Expertise\n in:
<\/li>- RF\n frontend (PA, filters, RF line\-up)
<\/li> - Debugging\n and performance optimization
<\/li><\/ul> - Experience\n with RF test equipment<\/b> (Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz)
<\/li>- Solid\n understanding of 4G LTE / 5G NR systems and PHY concepts<\/b>
<\/li>- Experience\n in RF calibration and hardware bring\-up<\/b>
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred Skills<\/b>
<\/p>- Experience\n in high\-power RF / outdoor small cell products<\/b>
<\/li>- Exposure\n to regulatory compliance testing (FCC, CE, regional standards)<\/b>
<\/li>- Knowledge\n of global bands (e.g., C\-band, N77/N79<\/b>)
<\/li>- Experience\n working with ODM partners and product lifecycle teams<\/b>

<\/p>- Ability\n to work independently with minimal supervision<\/b>
<\/li>- Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills<\/b>
<\/li>- Capability\n to contribute immediately in lab + system integration environment<\/b>
