About the position<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The Ethics Unit is seeking an intern student\nwhose main objective will be to support the management of ethics training\nprograms. The role involves assisting with the preparation of reports and\nstatistics, as well as supporting the implementation of awareness initiatives\nand other institutional activities of the Unit.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Main responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Support\nthe administration of ethics training programs, including enrolling new\nparticipants and monitoring their completion.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate\nin the preparation of periodic reports and statistics on compliance and\nprogress of training programs and Unit activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist\nin organizing awareness initiatives, campaigns, and institutional activities\ncarried out by the Unit.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Contribute\nto the logistical management of workshops, meetings, and training sessions,\nincluding coordination of schedules, resources, support services, travel, and\nrelated administrative processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support\nthe documentation and filing of relevant information from the Unit\u2019s training\nprograms and activities, ensuring it is up to date and accessible.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Periodically\nreport on the progress of assigned activities to designated supervisors.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Provide\ngeneral support for the Unit\u2019s activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Education and Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Recent\ngraduate in Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Law or related fields.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency\nin Microsoft Office.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Intermediate\nknowledge of Microsoft Excel (tables, charts, and data analysis).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Fluency\nin English is required; proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        This is a\nnationally recruited position based in <\/span><\/span>Nairobi, Kenya<\/span><\/span><\/b>. The initial\ncontract will be for up to Six (6) Month, <\/span><\/span>subject to a probation period according to local legislation, and is\nrenewable depending on the performance and availability of resources<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span>
