Responsibilities\:
Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects.
Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team workload throughout the project’s development.
Manage right-of-way projects of varying sizes, including acquisition and relocation in accordance with the Uniform Act.
Develop project policies and procedures, including quality and safety plans; maintain progress reports; update project financials; and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Oversee project staff and provide training as needed.
Build client relationships and participate in marketing efforts; attend contractual, design, and production meetings.
Participate in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.
Conduct scope development and contract document work sessions with staff.
Ensure timely completion of documents and coordinate workload throughout project development.
Track financial aspects of projects and adjust team efforts to meet schedule and budget parameters.
Collaborate with Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller, Department Manager, and company leadership for project reviews.
Perform other duties as assigned.
- TDOT right-of-way experience
- 6-10 years of experience managing right-of-way projects
- Experience with acquisition and relocation following the Uniform Act
- Ability to complete and interpret title reports
- Tennessee Notary, or ability to obtain
