The Risk Analyst – Environment and Patient Safety plays a key role in advancing a culture of safety by supporting health, safety, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives across our organization. This position partners with clinical teams, leadership, and staff to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen preventative practices, and promote safe, effective care environments.

- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of health, safety, infection prevention, and risk management programs
- Lead and facilitate infection prevention and safety committees while collaborating with internal teams and leadership
- Conduct risk assessments, event reviews, and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor regulatory standards and support compliance with OSHA, infection control, and safety requirements
- Provide education, guidance, and resources related to infection prevention, safety practices, and organizational policies
- Complete site reviews, audits, and follow-up activities to promote ongoing improvement
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to strengthen safety practices and preventative measures
- Maintain required documentation, plans, and compliance resources
QUALIFICATION(S): EDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required
• 2-5 years clinical experience preferred
• Knowledge of infection control policies and practices required
• Must complete annual education and training from accredited agency to maintain compliance with OSHA Standards
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required

QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Must possess and maintain a current, active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license
