Risk Reporting Analyst [TPRM | Bank]

The Opportunity

  • 12months contract at Changi Business Park

As an Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Third-Party Risk Profiling

• Lead end-to-end risk profiling of third-party vendors and service providers, applying a solid understanding of TPRM principles.

• Assess inherent risk, determine risk tier classification, and ensure alignment with the firm's TPRM framework and regulatory expectations, demonstrating genuine knowledge of critical risks.

Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) Documentation

• Own the preparation of comprehensive Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) documents for each service onboarded.

• Leverage a sound understanding of outsourcing risk drivers, including concentration risk, exit risk, sub-outsourcing, and data residency, to produce thorough, accurate, and audit-ready documents.

Business Analysis & Requirements Capture

• Apply advanced BA techniques to elicit, structure, and document business and operational requirements from service owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the control functions.

• Produce well-structured requirement write-ups, detailed process descriptions, and precise service scope definitions, forming the backbone of risk assessments and ORS documentation, ensuring no details are missed or misrepresented.

Stakeholder & Control Function Engagement

• Coordinate and conduct structured review sessions with relevant control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Data Privacy, and Business Lines.

• Capture commentary, challenge responses, and secure all required signoffs within agreed timelines.

SME Liaison & Technical Translation

• Act as a critical bridge between technical SMEs and governance documentation.

• Utilize structured BA questioning techniques to extract precise information about services or technologies involved, accurately translating it into risk documentation and leadership materials, with sufficient risk knowledge to identify and challenge gaps or inconsistencies.

Senior Leadership Decks & Reporting

• Prepare clear, well-structured, and visually compelling presentation decks for senior leadership, Risk Committees, and Board-level approval forums.

• Ensure all materials are accurate, concise, and formatted to the highest professional standard using PowerPoint and Excel.

PMO Support & Deliverable Tracking

• Maintain a comprehensive tracker for all risk review deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.

• Provide PMO support including status reporting, issue escalation, action log maintenance, and cross-workstream coordination to ensure seamless execution.
