🍸 Now Hiring: Experienced Bartender — El Portal, CA

We are seeking a talented and personable Bartender to join our team in El Portal, California. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable in crafting cocktails, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

💰 Pay: $16.90-$17.50/hour plus tips

🕒 Position: Part-Time or Full-Time (Prefer candidate has flexible availability)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and follow all alcohol service laws
• Monitor alcohol consumption and act responsibly in guest interactions
• Keep inventory stocked and notify manager of supply needs
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in a full-service bar or restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, pouring techniques, and responsible alcohol service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Must be 21+ years old and have or be willing to obtain a California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification and Food Handler Card
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
