Job Summary and Responsibilities
This position is eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus AND up to $24,000 Student Loan Assistance
As our RN-ICU, you will play an important role in supporting both patients and the care team throughout each shift. Working alongside the Nurse Manager, you will help coordinate daily patient care assignments, support high standards of clinical care, and help create a positive, team-focused environment for patients, families, and staff. You will assist with patient flow throughout the unit, support day-to-day operations, and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure patients receive timely, quality care. In this role, you will use evidence-based nursing practices to help achieve the best possible patient outcomes while following the Kentucky Nurse Practice Act.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
- Active Registered Nurse Licensure in Kentucky (KY) or eNLC licensure with multistate privileges in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous nursing experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, Cardiac, Emergency, or Critical Care service lines
