Compensation & Incentives:

- Evening Shift (2nd Shift) Differential:
- $2.00/hour (weekday)
- $3.00/hour (weekend)
- Night Shift (3rd Shift) Differential:
- $1.50/hour (weekday)

Elderwood Staffing Solutions (ESS) is Elderwood's internal staffing program designed for experienced clinicians who want greater control over when and where they work.
ESS nurses may have opportunities to work at Elderwood at Hornell and other Elderwood locations based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do as an RN - Registered Nurse:
Provide hands-on nursing care and lead a dedicated CNA team
Monitor residents’ conditions and support individualized care plans
Safely manage and administer medications
Ensure resident dignity, preferences, and quality of life remain top priorities
Collaborate with leadership and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver excellence in care

Qualifications
(RN - Registered Nurse):
- Credentials as a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a current State license required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) Training and work experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
- Ability to supervise and work well with other personnel required.
- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required.
- Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others required. Caring, respectful attitude towards residents required.
- Physical stamina for constant activity required.
- Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required.
- Demonstrated willingness to uphold the vision and mission of the company by following the core values of Integrity, Teamwork, and Passion for Excellence and Reverence for the Individual is required.
- This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
ESS Requirements:

Active NYS RN License
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience
Commitment to: Four (4) shifts per month, Two (2) weekend shifts per month, Two (2) holidays per year
