Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Supervisor, Home Health RN, you will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality patient care and meeting established clinical outcomes. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate resources, and ensure that all services are provided efficiently while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

Every day, you will collaborate with staff to monitor patient progress, address any concerns, and uphold a consistent level of excellence. By evaluating results and making necessary adjustments, you will help maintain a supportive environment that maximizes patient comfort and fosters positive clinical outcomes.

Job Requirements

Required

• Registered Nursing License - CA RN
• Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
• Current and valid CA Drivers License
• Auto Insurance

Preferred

• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience (within the last 5 years) in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility; sufficient background knowledge and expertise in clinical decision making for the patient population assigned
