    THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>

    We are seeking a <\/span>Robotics Engineer<\/b> <\/span>with <\/span>2\u20135 years of experience<\/b> <\/span>in robotics, AI integration, and mechatronics. This role is ideal for someone passionate about <\/span>building embodied agents and humanoids<\/b> <\/span>that leverage <\/span>Vision AI, LLMs, and real\-time decision\-making<\/b> <\/span>to transform industries like <\/span>public safety, surveillance, manufacturing, and healthcare<\/b>.

    You will work at the intersection of <\/span>mechanical systems, embedded software, and agentic AI<\/b>, bringing intelligent robots from concept to production.

    JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • Robotics Systems Development<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Design, build, and program robotic systems integrating <\/span>Vision AI, sensors, and embedded controllers<\/b>.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Develop control algorithms for navigation, motion planning, and object manipulation.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Work on <\/span>humanoid and autonomous robotic platforms<\/b> <\/span>for real\-world tasks.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • AI & Agent Integration<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Integrate <\/span>Agentic AI workflows<\/b> <\/span>with robotic systems for dynamic, autonomous decision\-making.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Connect <\/span>Vision AI models<\/b> <\/span>(object detection, tracking, anomaly detection) to robotic control loops.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Deploy <\/span>LLMs for multi\-modal perception + reasoning<\/b> <\/span>in robotic agents.
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Simulation & Testing<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Use simulation platforms (ROS, Gazebo, Webots, Isaac Sim) for prototyping and testing.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Conduct validation and performance testing of robotic agents in real\-world conditions.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Ensure reliability, safety, and compliance in robotics deployments.
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          • Deployment & Optimization<\/b>
            <\/p>

            • Work with the <\/span>Platform and AgentOps teams<\/b> <\/span>to deploy robots at scale in field environments.
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Optimize robotics software for <\/span>edge hardware (Jetson, Raspberry Pi, FPGA, custom boards)<\/b>.
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement of robotic capabilities.
              <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>


              SKILLS REQUIREMENTS<\/b>

              Technical Skills:<\/b>
              <\/p>

              • Strong proficiency in <\/span>Python, C++, and ROS (Robot Operating System)<\/b>.
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Experience with <\/span>computer vision<\/b> <\/span>(OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and <\/span>sensor fusion<\/b> <\/span>(LiDAR, IMU, GPS).
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Knowledge of <\/span>motion planning & control algorithms<\/b> <\/span>(SLAM, path planning, PID control, reinforcement learning).
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Hands\-on experience with <\/span>robotics hardware integration<\/b> <\/span>(actuators, cameras, sensors).
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Familiarity with <\/span>simulation environments<\/b> <\/span>(ROS/Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Unity for Robotics).
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Understanding of <\/span>embedded systems and edge AI deployments<\/b>.
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Experience with <\/span>Agentic AI frameworks<\/b> <\/span>(LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP) is a plus.
