As Support Lead at PickNik Robotics, you will own and elevate the MoveIt Pro support function. You will serve as both a hands-on support engineer and the leader of the support rotation, ensuring that customers receive fast, high-quality responses while driving continuous improvements to our product and processes.
You will coordinate complex customer situations involving multiple concurrent issues, prioritize based on business impact, and ensure clear communication internally and externally. You will partner closely with engineering and product to characterize bugs, influence roadmap priorities, and improve usability and documentation.
This role combines deep technical skill, customer empathy, and operational leadership.

Requirements
Troubleshooting ability: think critically, assume nothing, get data, and always work the problem

Bachelor’s in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
Ability to automate and improve processes
Some C++ experience, familiarity with Python and Docker
Some preferred skills/experience
Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience
Basic experience with Machine Learning
MoveIt, ROS, Nav2, Mujoco, PCL, OpenCV, or other robotic libraries are advantageous
Experience leading support or customer engineering teams
Experience working with customers
Experience improving documentation and internal processes
Machine Learning frameworks such as ONNX and PyTorch
