OVERVIEW

The Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency and achieving profitability goals within their designated store. They oversee expense management, shortage prevention, merchandise flow, customer service, and compliance with housekeeping and safety standards. The Operations Manager serves as the key on-site team member, leading Operational Excellence through system proficiency and collaborative partnerships with all store team members, corporate partners, and other stores in the network.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Act as the D365 Super User, maintaining in-depth expertise on D365 POS, inventory modules, and integrated luxury retail apps to provide continuous on-the-floor support.

· Serve as the key liaison to corporate tech teams, delivering operational insights and troubleshooting system enhancements.

· Lead continuous communication and structured training on all D365 system updates, policies, and process workflows.

· Execute all merchandise receipts and processing within D365 Inventory Management, ensuring strict luxury back-of-house organization.

· Leverage D365 real-time data to audit inventory accuracy, maximize product availability, and optimize front-of-house presentation.

· Analyze store inventory shortages using system analytics, launching targeted reduction initiatives with Asset Protection.

· Manage non-payroll expense budgets, maintaining strict oversight of operational activity costs.

· Oversee supply budgets via corporate procurement tools, keeping the store stocked with premium packaging and selling supplies.

· Direct all luxury event setup, logistics, and specialized high-value merchandise handling.

· Oversee premium facility maintenance to guarantee a flawless, safe, and welcoming environment for VVIP clients and staff.

· Train, motivate, and upscale the store team on D365 workflows and luxury operational processes to drive business agility.

· Partner with store leadership to identify operational skill gaps, delivering targeted training solutions and system coaching.

· Translate complex corporate objectives into clear, actionable daily goals for the management team and support staff.

· Recruit, onboard, and retain high-caliber support and operations talent tailored for a store environment.

· Foster a highly collaborative, inclusive, and safe work culture focused on elite internal and external service.

· Manage team performance proactively, utilizing regular check-ins and formal reviews to build a robust internal talent pipeline.

· Oversee store maintenance, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment is maintained for both clients and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store and company needs
  • 3+ years’ experience in an Operations supervisory role within a fast-paced premium retail or experience-based environment.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 plus eligibility for bonus
