Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and customer support to Romanian-speaking players
  • Troubleshoot and resolve gameplay and account-related issues effectively

  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
  • Stay updated on product features, releases, and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in gaming support or related customer service roles is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria
