Roofing Foreman (Commercial Construction)

OVERVIEW OF BONITZ OF GA: Family owned and operated since 1956; Bonitz of Georgia provides commercial Roofing, Roof Decking Systems, Engineered Fills, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, and Acoustical Ceiling services. Bonitz of Georgia is a certified drug-free workplace. We operate primarily in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of 4–5 roofers
• Review job plans, drawings, and existing conditions
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure quality work and on‑time completion
• Train, coach, and support crew members and subcontractors
• Maintain safety compliance (OSHA & company standards)
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and well maintained
• Handle documentation: time sheets, reports, receiving tickets, toolbox talks
• Communicate with project managers and superintendents
• Interact professionally with customers
• Travel to job sites (up to 25% overnight)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• PVC & TPO experience required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
• Ability to lift to 100lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Metal roofing/wall panel experience preferred

Pay and Benefits:

• $20–$26/hr starting pay (based on experience)
• Quarterly & annual bonuses based on performance
