Room Attendant

Job Summary

You will maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms by cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, changing linen, replenishing supplies and responding promptly to guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay.

Responsibilities

  • Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms thoroughly following ABC’s of Housekeeping standards to maintain hygiene and comfort
  • Change and count used linen daily to ensure proper inventory and room readiness
  • Replace guest supplies and vacuum room carpets daily to maintain a welcoming environment
  • Clean and restock the housekeeping trolley daily to ensure efficiency during room servicing
  • Respond promptly to guest requests to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Report any room discrepancies to the Housekeeping Department to maintain quality control

  • Demonstrate attention to detail by identifying and addressing cleanliness issues
  • Manage time effectively to meet housekeeping deadlines in a fast-paced environment
