Room Steward / Chambermaid
1. Role Description
This poistion reports to the Hotel Manager. Employee will get to experience the workflow in the Hosekeeping Department, from the moment guest checked out to welcome a new guest. The trainee will also be responsible to checking the guest rooms and public cleanliness. Our organisation believe in giving employee empowerment and constant training to upgrade themselves.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be invloved in:
- Train to make up a checked out guest room.
- Train to ensure the cleanliness, orderly and attractiveness of a guest room.
- Involve in housekeeping supplies and linen stock taking.
- Involve in giving suggstion with Hotel Manager to improve guest room experience.
3. Competencies
- Willing to be very hands-on in making up guest rooms.
- Require to be meticulous and good time management.
- Gain experience to work with different departments within the Hotel.
- Gain expereince in inter-personal skills both internal personels and external guests.
