Overall Responsibilities

Cook, cut and serve California Chicken Café's cravable, quality rotisserie chicken while maintaining a clean, neat, and sanitized workstation.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and friendly work environment while adhering and applying the company’s core values
  • Follow all Rotisserie Chicken Cooking Procedures
  • Follow and complete chicken cooking schedule
  • Cut and serve Rotisserie Chicken according to company presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and properly stocked restaurant
  • Make food orders and deliver to guests or package for Take Out
  • Store and label foods according to Health Department regulations and company policy
  • Make and package guest food orders
  • Strong communication regarding any issues with food quality, equipment, and work environment
  • Read and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
