POSITION SUMMARY

The Finish Assembler is responsible for the installation of final parts on fire apparatus as called for in the specifications. This position requires the reading and understanding of specs and blueprints to build fire apparatus. A Finish Assembler will use a variety of basic hand tools along with some welding to complete the installation of final parts to the fire apparatus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.

1. Responsible for the installation of doors, hose beds, and other various parts to complete the fire apparatus.
2. Reads and understands specs and blueprints to build fire apparatus.
3. Utilizes a variety of basic hand tools along with some welding to complete the installation of final parts to the fire apparatus.
4. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.
