Role Overview<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

We\u2019re looking for a Backend Engineer with strong fundamentals in Rust (mandatory) along with experience in at least one of Node.js, Python, or Go. You\u2019ll work on building scalable backend systems powering real\-time communication products.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>

  • Design and develop high\-performance backend services using Rust<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Build and maintain APIs using Node.js / Python / Go<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Work on real\-time systems, low\-latency services, and scalable architectures<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and security<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate closely with product and frontend teams<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Required Skills<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>

    • Strong hands\-on experience in Rust (must\-have)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with at least one: Node.js / Python / Go<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with REST APIs and backend architecture<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Basic understanding of networking concepts<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Knowledge of Git and version control workflows<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Exposure to WebRTC / real\-time communication systems<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge of event\-driven architecture or message queues<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Understanding of performance optimization and concurrency<\/span><\/span><\/span>
