About the Role


This is a unique, guest-facing culinary role within a private chalet environment. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality meals tailored to guest preferences, while maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.

Working alongside a professional hospitality team, you will contribute to a seamless and well-executed in-chalet dining experience that reflects the expectations of a premium holiday setting.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Planning and preparing meals tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements
  • Delivering high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner experiences within a private chalet setting
  • Presenting dishes with attention to detail, ensuring a polished and professional finish
  • Managing kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Coordinating ingredient sourcing and maintaining appropriate stock levels
  • Monitoring food quality and consistency across all meals
  • Supporting the overall guest experience through thoughtful service and collaboration with the chalet team
  • Assisting with broader operational tasks when required


Who We’re Looking For


  • A passionate and creative chef with a strong foundation in culinary techniques
  • Experience in hospitality environments such as restaurants, hotels, or private dining
  • Strong attention to detail with pride in presentation and consistency
  • Able to work independently while remaining collaborative within a team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
  • A professional, calm, and organised approach under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with international guests
